I feel like for a zine though you'd want to use a content management system (like Wordpress) rather than a WYSIWYG composer. Because you'd want it to be easy to create new pages within categories and such and have everything auto-update. There's a lot more work to do before the site is launched, but afterward it's a lot easier.
