 Dear Chance,

I know last night the moon was very bright. When you licked my face to wake me up and acted super plaintive it was very cute, and I was nearly fooled into thinking it was an overcast breakfast time. However, next time you want to wake me up for foods two hours after I have fallen asleep, you might want to investigate a thing called "clocks". Actually on second thought don't and forget that I ever mentioned that word. Also? If you are frustrated your scheme of epic cuteness did not work, being super loud racehorse kitty and making it hard to fall back to sleep will not make me cave to your pleas/demands. I am sorry last night you did not get freshly caught fish for dinner, alas, because the cruel neighbor did not have a good catch that day or whatever.

tl;dr please for to let me sleep tonight, like that nice nap we had this afternoon

Oh dear. Does Chance read your DW posts? Does Chance *read*? I am so sorry that he did not get fish, and that he was apparently possessed by a herd of small elephants when he did not get his way. I hope he is much more restful tonight.

I think he might snatch glimpses of them when he cleans my phone (It is a very important job and srs bsns and how did I survive without him?). He was mostly more restful tonight. :) Improvement, I'll take it!

Thank you! Latest trick is if I roll over he wakes up (because he sleeps by my legs) and so he comes and says hiiiii pet me to everyone and also, "Any chance of a treat or a meal or anything exciting?" before settling back down to sleep. However, this is more opportunistic than anything else so I'll take it
