First of all: I'm sorry but no, you do not get to copyright a chunk of the english language, particularly one I self-identify as. Secondly, the thought that there is any competative overlap between an energy drink and an online advice forum for fish care is ridiculous. Finally, if Monster really thinks its consumers are so fucking stupid that they can't differentiate between an "M" with horns and three ragged neon-colored slash marks, they're insulting us.
MonsterFishKeepers forum is an excellent resource for aquarists. Without it, I'd have never succeeded in moving 14 beloved fish, all between 8 and 15 inches, across the US without a single loss. They do not deserve to be bullied by a corporation with far greater resources for such a non-issue.
So, I ask you this: even if you have never shared the love of a big carnivorous fish, if you believe that corporations do not have the right to crush smaller businesses with frivolous lawsuits, please help out.
