Overdue post of cute cat photos

untonugganSo my phone camera situation has changed and I have a shittier camera and my partner never has the good camera with her at the good camera taking moments. Clearly it is therefore her fault that we have missed some ideal cat photography moments, but nevertheless I bring some cute cat photos as offerings to the alter of the cat internet. (The slightly blurry ones are on my camera, but still duly adorables.)
Lily on a blue and wuite quilt contorted in a weird pose because she is trying to: (1) wrestle a toy; (2) groom herself; (3) attack the quilt; (4) probably something else too. Her tongue is sticking out a tiny bit.
A close-up of Chance sleeping in a cat bed, sprawled very luxuriously and his *adorable toe beans* (I mean footpads). Ahem.
Lily asleep on top of *two* blankets on what is allegedly my comfy chair (it's her chair now). She is stretched out on her back with her paws over her head in a sleep position I usually associate with dogs. (Did I mention before that she snore-sighs when she sleeps? Very softly. Usually softly.)
This one is blurry because if I flipped the light on I'd disturb the Lily-Kraken and awaken my partner. Here she is on a different quilt (they kept having hairballs on the newly cleaned quilt, OFC), sprawled out in a "hammock" between my partner's legs and semi-stretch/semi-relaxing.
Here is a game of "spot the black cat inside the cat hutch." Chance likes to sleep in a hutch/cat bed until about an hour before breakfast (or so). Also it is harder for Lily to sit on his face, though not impossible. See if you can spot the different bits of him inside! There are toe beans and legs and a collar and even an eye looking at me to see if there might be food.
Finally: we adopted Chance *almost* a year ago, and his Official Birthday was a couple weeks ago. Look at how much he's grown since then:
Chance at just over a year, shortly after we'd adopted him, on one of his first forays outside of the bedroom. ERMG.
I am being circled by hungry cats because their lunchtime is very soon and they say it should be now. Or maybe like every hour. Or definitely before now.
P.S. My mom seems to have all the good Amelie photos on her phone, which is with her not at the house

Lily looks like such a goofball. She also looks like she doesn't think she's a goofball--she probably doesn't think about it at all, really. She's just herself.
