Okay! My source says that the constructed bathrooms (ie the ones on the map) are clean, but may have long lines. There are porta-potties that *are* kept clean, but IDK if even in that state they are any use to you. She says you're never more than about 100 feet from a bathroom, but again, this includes the portaloos.
There is a convenience store/maybe a sandwich shop/type place at the next big intersection to the east which would have facilities, BUT once you have a decent parking place, you probably do not want to give it up. If you have a handicapped tag for the vehicle, you may be able to get access to closer-in parking, but barring that, expect a long line of cars to get in, and a long line to get out.
