I am about to increase my lyme meds, which means herxheimer time is probably looming on the horizon. Regardless of whether I do get a herx, I am still a bit brain weaselly &c and am probably not going to be great with comments for a bit. Sorry! Just. No spoons to spare.

P.S. I will probably be doing self-care by playing copious amounts of Glitch and knitting zombie knitting (which means scarves, easy, simple, scarves).

...my acupuncture lady gave me this great herxheimer-helped stuff called HH Capsules, made of "Houttuynia cordata THUNB. the entire plant"...maybe it's something you can get...at any rate, I hope you do okay and feel fine...
