Date: 2011-09-23 01:30 pm (UTC)Of course, what I've figured out is that part of my problem with winter is how early I'm getting up. During the summer, I go to bed at eleven and get up at nine. In the winter, I go to bed at eleven and get up at seven (got to get my daughter to school). For various reasons, going to bed earlier isn't a viable option. My psychiatrist actually recommended a daily nap if I can make it work. I hate losing the time, but it does help.
